Hello all! My name is Linnet Schoenthal and I am a senior PreK-4/Special Education & Music Performance major. This is my second year working with the Collab in the education group.
Last summer I spent four weeks in Burkina Faso, West Africa working at a school in the village of Mahadaga. I thoroughly enjoyed my time getting to know my team better as well as forming relationships with the people there.
I am so excited to have the opportunity to travel to Nicaragua this summer! I have loved the time with my team so far and am ready to get to know them better. I am also excited to see what God has in store for us and the people of Nicaragua. One of the many things I love about the Collab is that we work alongside the people to help them learn. Through this we learn as well--I am looking forward to seeing what I can learn from the people of Nicaragua during our time there.
